Campaign Framework

Campaign Activity Structure

Platform-agnostic activity and task logic. Can be implemented via Galxe, Zealy, or purely through Discord — with no external platform at all.

Campaign Priorities:
1. Level 2 — Product Engagement (top priority). The main goal is converting participants into investors/holders engaged with drops and the Vault mechanic. All other levels support this goal, not replace it.
2. Level 3 — Discord Activity (second priority). Important for retention and community tone, but not more important than direct product engagement.

3.1 Discord Activity / Rank Progression

Progression and rewards fully match the rank system in Section 6 (Kit → Digger → Stash → Vault → Galaxy Raccoon). Activity is tracked via Discord roles (level bot + manual selection for top ranks); when an external quest platform is connected, the role is checked as a credential. This works without an external platform too — the role on the server is itself proof the rank was reached.

3.2 AMA Stream Participation
TaskReward
Live attendance at an AMA (only live participation at the time of the stream counts — no credit for watching the recording afterward)150–200 LP + "AMA Regular" role
Format: AMAs are held once a week, at a standard fixed time. As a campaign task, only live attendance counts; the best-question contest and its rewards are part of the server's daily community activities.
Platform-Specific Side Quests

Discord remains the main hub, but Telegram and X can have their own platform-specific activities that sit outside the main progression ladder:

TelegramChat activity/reactions on drop posts (best comments manually flagged by a moderator)Bonus LP
TelegramParticipation in polls/voting before a drop (e.g., voting on the next meme candidate)Small LP bonus

Referral Task — Details
  • Mechanic: each participant gets a personal referral link/code (native to most quest platforms, or via the existing Buddy Drop mechanic with no external platform needed).
  • Qualification condition for the invitee: the invited person must complete at least Level 1 (connect a wallet + join Discord/Telegram) — this filters out "empty" invites with no real activity.
  • Reward to the inviter: Loyalty Points per confirmed invitee + a bonus multiplier if the invitee reaches Level 2 (buys a drop/holds the token) — rewarded more for quality, not just registration count.
  • Cap/anti-fraud: recommended cap of up to 20–30 referrals counted per participant per round, to prevent abuse via fake wallets (most free tiers have no built-in Sybil protection).
Baseline (no external platform needed): The entire activity and rank structure can exist purely as Discord server structure — roles, a level bot, manual moderation. This is the minimum viable version of the campaign.
Priority platform for scaling: Galxe. The free tier (Space + Quest) covers most tasks through Discord OAuth credentials and basic social/on-chain checks.

Possible additional/alternative platforms:

Galxe (Priority) Zealy Wonderverse TaskOn QuestN
Different campaign stages could potentially run on different platforms in parallel (e.g., Galxe for product engagement, Zealy/Wonderverse for Discord-centric activities). The final technical decision is made separately and does not change the activity structure.
Metrics

KPIs & Campaign Rounds

The campaign runs in rounds — a round ends, rewards are paid out, and the next round opens with updated tasks. Synced to the monthly drop cycle.

⭐ Priority #1 — Product Engagement / Holder Conversion
MetricTarget (Round 1, 3–4 weeks)
Level 1 → Level 2 conversion (drop purchase/holding)≥20%
Share of participants holding the token 7+ days≥15% of all Level 2
Share of participants holding the token through to the next drop (full cycle)≥8% of all Level 2
Growth in active holders (90+ days, in sync with the 1.5x mechanic)+15–20% over current base
Priority #2 — Discord Activity & Retention
MetricTarget (Round 1)
Growth in Discord DAU+30–50% over the base (3,300+)
Share of participants reaching Stash Raccoon rank (Level 10) or higher≥10%
Live attendance at weekly AMAs (average)≥100–150 unique attendees per session
MetricTarget (Round 1)
Unique wallets on the Galxe Space1,000–1,500
Level 1 → completion of at least one task≥60%
Share of Sybil/bot accounts (manual control, free tier has no auto-detection)<15%
Confirmed referrals (Level 4)Target number set as a baseline after Round 1
Minimum sufficient duration for the first round — 3 weeks; anything shorter won't generate a meaningful sample size to evaluate holder conversion.
RoundDurationLogic
Round 13–4 weeksGoal — build a base of participants and the first real holders, sync the round's end with the next monthly drop
Round 23–4 weeksLaunches right after Round 1 rewards are paid out, harder conditions (higher thresholds, new tasks), retaining the already-engaged audience
Round 3+3–4 weeks eachSame pattern, synced with the monthly drop cycle; at this stage the Elite club/Galaxy Raccoon can be brought in for an already-mature community

Community Identity

Rank / Club System & Brand Mascot

A permanent rank progression system built around the Lunar Raccoon mascot — collector archetype meets SOLMEME Vault theme.

🦝
Lunar Raccoon — Brand Mascot

A permanent guide character for the SOLMEME brand, not tied to monthly drops. Raccoons — the classic "collector/hoarder" archetype (dragging shiny things into a hole) — fit perfectly with the Vault/Treasure Grid theme. They're wearing spacesuits with the SOLMEME flag on their chevron.

  • Visual base: the same spacesuit, helmet, and palette as the current logo, but the figure inside the suit is a raccoon (recognizable mask markings around the eyes, ears, fluffy tail).
  • Instead of a flag — a treasure chest (vault), a nod to the project's core mechanic.
  • Progression across ranks is the same character throughout; only accessories and the chest's state change — the character itself is never swapped out.

Rank Progression — 5 Tiers

RANK 1
🦝 Kit Raccoon
Discord Level 1
A small, closed chest with no lock, worn spacesuit, no patches
RANK 2
⛏️ Digger Raccoon
Discord Level 5
Chest with a simple lock, first round patch on the spacesuit
RANK 3
💼 Stash Raccoon
Discord Level 10
Chest slightly open, faint blue spark inside, chevron patch on the shoulder
RANK 4
🔮 Vault Raccoon
Manually awarded by a moderator, weekly selection among the most active/standout members
Chest fully open, bright lavender-cyan glow from inside, a "Recognized" star badge, access to a closed channel with exclusive information
RANK 5 — ELITE CLUB
✨ Galaxy Raccoon
Final selection by the team among top Vault Raccoon members, based on cumulative points + manual contribution review. Capped at 50 members.
Gold trim on the chest and spacesuit, chest glowing continuously, a personal member number ("Galaxy #07"), purple-and-gold profile frame
Retention note: Roles never reset — once a rank is earned, it stays. The retention mechanic is built on the appeal of the next step, not the threat of losing status.
🏅
Treasure Hunter — Separate Horizontal Role

Not part of the vertical rank ladder — awarded manually by admins for wins in games, contests, and community activities (Discord mini-games, meme battles, project quizzes, trading contests, etc.).

  • Insignia: the member's current rank chest plus an extra trophy badge on the side (an overlay on the main rank, not a replacement).
  • A seasonal pool of activities is recommended (synced with the monthly drop) so new winners keep appearing regularly.
  • The role itself, like the others, is not taken away once earned.
✨ Galaxy Raccoon — Elite Club Privileges
  • Closed campaigns available only to club members.
  • Early testing of new product features.
  • Exclusive information ahead of public drop launches.
  • Special AMA sessions for the club only.
  • A direct line to the team and founder — a dedicated thread for proposals and ideas.
  • Guaranteed whitelist spot for every new drop (not a chance — a guarantee).
  • "Founder's review" — first look at the trend shortlist from the AI scoring system, with a vote on which meme to launch next.
  • Priority path into the Ambassador Program.

Additional Rewards by Rank

Every rank transition comes with status plus material/practical bonuses. Distribution approach: a single pool of all available rewards (LP, XP boosters, tokens, NFTs, access) is formed first; that pool is then allocated across ranks and activities — exact amounts are fixed once the whole pool is defined, as a separate step agreed with Kevin.

XP Booster
Speeds up Discord leveling — a multiplier on XP granted by the bot, rewarding every rank transition.
🪙
Project Tokens
Granted on transition to a new rank — a direct, tangible reward tied to the SOLMEME ecosystem.
🏅
Loyalty Points on Quest Platform
Point accrual matching the rank progression table — LP amounts per transition are set once the full reward pool is defined.

Linking Ranks to the Quest Platform

Applies once an external quest platform is connected (priority: Galxe); without one, the roles already work directly on the server.

Rank TransitionCredential CheckLoyalty Points Reward
Kit → DiggerCheck for Discord role Level 5100 LP
Digger → StashCheck for Discord role Level 10250 LP
Stash → VaultCheck for the "Vault Raccoon" role (moderator-awarded)500 LP + access to a closed quest branch
Vault → GalaxyNot automatic — final selection by the team among top Vault members based on cumulative points + manual review"Galaxy Member" NFT + entry into a closed quest track for 50 members only
Retention mechanic: The quest platform is configured to check the credential periodically/repeatedly (e.g., on a weekly checkpoint), not just once — so points keep accruing as long as the user holds the required Discord rank, encouraging staying active rather than reaching a rank once and leaving.

Treasure Hunter is a parallel, horizontal role; it overlays any rank and doesn't overlap with it on criteria.

Live Events

AMA & Events

Weekly live sessions — the heartbeat of community engagement, tracked as campaign tasks with real LP rewards.

📅
Weekly Cadence
AMAs are held once a week, at a standard fixed time for each session — building community habit through predictability and consistency.
🔴
Live Attendance Only
Only live attendance counts as a campaign task. No credit for watching the recording afterward — rewards real-time community presence.
📢
Advance Announcements
Announced in advance via Discord and Twitter. The best-question contest and related rewards are part of daily community activities — separate from the quest-platform mechanic.
Reward for live AMA attendance: 150–200 LP + "AMA Regular" role — tracks consistent engagement with the team over time, building a loyal core audience.
Growth Network

Ambassador Program

Fully separate from the Quest track — an independent community-growth direction with no overlap in tasks, points, or rewards. Managed and evaluated independently.

Program purpose: Project growth and visibility through people who know how to create content — no moderation functions; this is a separate track from server moderation.
Who Can Apply

Multiple entry paths, not a single source:

  • Internal path — reaching Galaxy Raccoon rank (Elite club) as the priority, but not the only channel.
  • Open application campaign — a separate initiative open to anyone, including people outside the SOLMEME Discord community.
  • Direct demonstrated result (content, holders brought in) can be grounds for selection even without the internal rank ladder.
Main selection criterion: Ambassadors are, in essence, influencers for the project. Priority goes to candidates who already know how to create quality, engaging content; have their own subscriber base; and can run content independently — in any format, any language.
Compensation & Motivation
  • Fixed token reward for a given period — a stable base for consistent contributors.
  • Performance-based — reward tied to measurable results (holders brought in, reach, conversions).
  • Hybrid — a base plus a bonus for results.
  • Non-monetary motivation (status, public recognition in the showcase, access and privileges) as part of the package under any model.
This naturally opens a regional dimension: a candidate with a strong local audience in their own language can become a growth point for a regional community, and eventually take responsibility for developing that region as a whole.
Recruitment in Waves

Ambassadors are recruited in batches (waves), not as a permanently open application stream:

  • Each wave has a limited number of spots, creating competition and interest in getting in.
  • Between waves there's a pause, during which the current Ambassadors' results are published — fueling demand for the next wave.
Visibility & the Showcase

For the program to act as an incentive for the whole community, not a closed club:

  • A dedicated section/channel for Ambassadors — open to the whole community (not closed, unlike the Elite club).
  • Regularly publishes: Ambassador results and activity, a ranking/top Ambassador of the period, and the best content cases.
  • Goal — full openness: the community sees what Ambassadors are actually achieving.
Focus of Activity
Launch Priority
  • Content and promotion on external social platforms (X, TikTok, YouTube) — in any format and any language.
  • Bringing in new holders and partnerships — networking, events, influencers.
Forward-Looking Direction
  • Identifying regional leads among Ambassadors, responsible for developing entire language/country communities — a natural extension of what strong local Ambassadors already do.
Long-Term Vision

Long-Term Strategy / Roadmap

Horizon: quarters and years. A backlog of growth directions to be rolled out as the project and team mature — not all at once alongside the first round's launch.

  • Creator Fund — an ongoing (not one-off) reward pool for content creators, open to anyone on an occasional basis — separate from the Ambassador Program (Ambassadors are selected, ongoing participants; Creator Fund is an open, unscreened stream).
  • Seasonal-theme meme battles — tied to the current month's drop, with public community voting.
  • "SOLMEME Originals" — the project's own recurring content (drop breakdowns, interviews with holders) — gives a steady reason to engage that doesn't depend only on user-generated activity.
Core principle: by default, the Academy is built around SOLMEME itself — how the Vault works, drop mechanics, the charity mechanism, tokenomics, how to hold and participate safely. This is not a general "Crypto 101."
  • A basic guide/course, "How SOLMEME Works" — mandatory, available by default from day one.
  • Explanation of the Vault mechanic, reward tiers, charity payouts — reduces support questions, builds trust.
  • Security/anti-scam awareness specifically in the SOLMEME context (how to tell the official channel/site from a fake) — built into the Academy, not a separate track.
  • Only once this base layer is stable — an optional expansion into general crypto-education content (to bring in people who aren't in crypto yet at all).
  • Seasonal battle pass — a year-long "Season Pass" combining ranks, quests, and AMAs into one long track with a final seasonal prize, instead of isolated 3–4-week rounds.
  • Tournaments/leagues based on Vault activity — a contest on volume/frequency of interaction, with a continuously updated public leaderboard.
  • Quarterly/Annual "State of SOLMEME" — a public report to the community (growth metrics, charity payouts, drop figures) — builds trust for years to come.
  • Expanding feature/meme voting from the Elite club to the whole community, with vote weight varying by rank — gives a sense of co-ownership of the project.
  • Community Proposals — a standing channel where anyone can suggest an idea, with the best ones implemented by the team — a structural, long-term mechanism, not a one-off campaign.
Important caveat: This block only makes sense once the Ambassador Program is actually running and has recruited strong, proven Ambassadors — without that, there's no one to anchor offline initiatives to.
  • Local mini-events/meetups for holders, run through regional Ambassadors.
  • Sponsorship/participation in crypto industry conferences, for brand recognition beyond the Discord server.
  • Win-back campaigns — a separate reactivation track for users who haven't opened the Vault in a while (not just acquiring new ones).
  • Loyalty milestone NFTs — for long-term retention (e.g., "1 year with the project") — locks in loyalty for years, not just for one round.
